Privacy notice

Who we are

1. When you visit this website

We automatically receive your IP address, browser and device information, the page you request and the time of your visit when your browser connects to the site. We use this to deliver the site, protect it against attacks and misuse, and monitor aggregate traffic. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and build no visitor profiles; our hosting dashboard shows us aggregate statistics and, only for requests caught by a security rule, sample logs.

2. When you e-mail or call us

We receive directly from you your name, job title and company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message or call. We use this to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and run our business relationship, to keep business correspondence as required by law, and to establish or defend legal claims. Legal bases: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest; our legal obligation under the Turkish Commercial Code (Art. 82); the establishment or defence of legal claims.

3. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Recipients:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and security. Acts on our behalf; for the security of its network it also processes some connection data under its own privacy policy.
• Google (Google Workspace): business e-mail. E-mails are stored on Google's servers on our behalf.
• Anthropic PBC (USA): AI assistant we use to organise enquiries and draft replies.
• Where needed for a business relationship: our accountant, our lawyer in case of a dispute, and authorities with legal powers.

International transfers: These providers' servers are in the USA and other countries, so your data is transferred outside Türkiye.

4. How long we keep it

• Correspondence that leads to business (quotes, orders, contracts): 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which it took place (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82).
• Enquiries that do not lead to business: 2 years after the last contact, then deleted.
• Security logs visible to us in Cloudflare: up to 31 days. Cloudflare sets the retention of its own logs.

5. Cookies

This site does not use cookies. Only if Cloudflare shows you a security check may it set one strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance) to remember that you passed it.

6. Links

Our LinkedIn link is a plain link; no data goes to LinkedIn unless you click it. After you click, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether we process your data, request information, ask us to correct or delete it, learn who received it, object, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send your request by signed letter to our address, or by e-mail to the privacy address above from an e-mail address you have already used with us (or signed with a qualified electronic signature). Please include your name, nationality, passport or ID number, address, contact details and your request. We reply in writing or by e-mail within 30 days, free of charge. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).

If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to your data, you also have the rights to restriction of processing and to data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EU country.

8. Changes

We update this notice when our processing changes. The current version and effective date are shown at the top.
